Without much explanation, I've been switched from pediatrics to medicine, which means that I start two weeks of inpatient medicine on Saturday night--my first night of call.
I have much fewer excuses not to know things about adult medicine, so it's time to do a lot of reading.
In other news, perhaps I should make it a goal to make this delight before the end of the summer.
